Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
